• Water Quality and Temperature. Start with fresh, filtered cold water and bring to a boil. The best temperature for brewing coffee is between 90°C to 95°C. This can be reached by letting your kettle rest for 30 seconds after coming to a boil.

• Measure Carefully. We suggest using 1 tablespoon (7 grams) of coffee per 6 oz (175 ml) of water.
